The Center for Holocaust and Humanity Education educates about the Holocaust, remembers its victims and acts on its lessons. Through innovative programs and partnerships, CHHE challenges injustice, inhumanity and prejudice, and fosters understanding, inclusion and engaged citizenship. Resources include traveling and permanent exhibits, teacher training, and innovative programs.
CHHE is open Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CHHE is also open on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Additional hours are available by appointment.

  • Join us online or in person as we team up with OurJewishCommunity.org to examine bystanders, who through their inaction played a large role in the events of the Holocaust. On January 27 at 12:00 p.m., a panel of experts will come together to engage in dialogue about the historical and psychological factors of this phenomenon.   • Salvaged Pages: Young Writers' Diaries of the Holocaust - Workshop for Educators with Author, Alexandra Zapruder. On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, CHHE, in partnership with Summit Country Day School, presents an opportunity for educators to learn about these powerful diaries left by young eyewitnesses to the Holocaust, and ways to integrate the diaries in the classroom.

  • CHHE celebrated the release of Marguerite Levy-Feibelman's recently published memoir "Whisper Your Name Into My Ear." Copies of the book are available at Joseph Beth Cincinnati. For photos of the event, visit us on Facebook.
