The Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center is poised to reopen on July 17, 2020. Timed tickets will help manage the number of people in each museum, ensuring proper social distancing of six feet or more. Groups of (no more than) 10 persons can be accommodated every 15 minutes. We recommend making reservations ahead through the CMC website. However, tickets can also be purchased in the rotunda or the HHC lobby.

Tickets to the Holocaust & Humanity Center can be purchased at:

  • Online via the Cincinnati Museum Center’s website (recommended)
  • The ticket counter at Union Terminal, Thursday-Monday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • By phone, call (513) 287-7001 to speak with a Cincinnati Museum Center ticket agent Monday-Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
