In-Person Field Trips
Explore field trips options to the Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center. Book your reservation two weeks in advance of your visit. Please note that tours are available for groups of 15 or more people. Tours are normally 90 minutes, but can be adjusted to accommodate your schedule. Groups of 90 or more may require more time to allow for all students to see the museum. For cancellations due to inclement weather or emergency closings, please call (513) 487-3055 as soon as possible prior to your visit date and time to leave a cancellation message. Ohio Holocaust and Genocide Memorial and Education Commission Funding (Ohio schools only)
The Commission will fund admission, transportation, docent, and speaker fees for:
- Accredited educational institutions, including public schools, private schools, and charter schools, in Ohio
- Students in grades 5-12

Rabiner Family Tours for Tolerance/ Tour Subsidies
Funds may be available to help offset the cost of a field trip through the Rabiner Family Tours for Tolerance program. This grant provides subsidies to Title I schools, making a visit to the Holocaust & Humanity Center accessible to all. Contact Katelyn Scesney for more information and to fill out an application.

- Group tours/field trips are for groups of 15 or larger.
- Tours are scheduled at least one month in advance. Please note, requests made less than one month in advance are subject to availability and may not be able to be accommodated.
- Lunch table reservations must be made at least one month in advance.
- School buses park for free at CMC’s south lot, but all other vehicles have a parking fee of $6.00.
- Food, drinks, bags and backpacks (unless medical) are not permitted in the museum.
- If you are scheduling a tour within two weeks of the visit date, payment in full must be made at the time of booking.
- If the tour is canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled visit, 100% of the reservation is due. This excludes factors such as weather conditions.
- A final attendance count, including students and chaperones, is due two weeks before the visit date. You will be issued a final invoice based on this amount. No adjustments will be issued the day of the visit if your group arrives with less attendees.
- Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
- Payment is expected prior to arrival. If you are not able to pay before your visit, please contact our Tour Coordinator to discuss payment options.
- Tours requested outside of regular operating hours of 10am – 5 pm will be charged an additional $100.00 fee.
- We kindly request a minimum of 2 chaperones per docent-led group.
