Museum Mindfulness Yoga

Museum Mindfulness brought community members together in the iconic Rotunda at Union Terminal for a reflective yoga and creative experience designed to encourage pause, intention, and connection. The evening included a grounding yoga session, light refreshments, a guided future-self visualization, reflective journaling, and a keepsake journal. Participants also took part in a simple creative activity that reinforced their intentions and helped them connect with their character strengths.
Upstander Awards Gala

The Cohen Family Upstander Awards Gala honored the remarkable Upstander Award finalists whose courage, compassion, and leadership are making a difference in our community. This meaningful evening brought guests together to celebrate their impact and reflect on the lessons of remembrance and responsibility. Through the powerful stories shared by Holocaust survivors Tova Friedman and Aron Goodman, along with special guest Daveed Diggs, attendees were inspired to stand up for others and create positive change in their communities.
Upstander Night At the Reds

Upstander Night at the Reds brought our community together for an evening of baseball and connection at Great American Ball Park. Guests celebrated what it means to be an upstander while reflecting on how each of us can use our character strengths to make a difference. The event featured a special first pitch from National Upstander Award for Humanity, recipients Tova Friedman and Aron Goodman and highlighted our partnership with the Cincinnati Reds in support of Cohen Family Upstander Month.
Upstander 5K & family day

The 2026 Upstander 5K & Family Day brought together runners, walkers, and families for a scenic route through Cincinnati's West End and Price Hill before returning to Union Terminal for a day of connection, learning, and celebration. Guests enjoyed family-friendly activities, live music, interactive experiences with local community partners, and an inspiring conversation featuring Kathrine Switzer and Roger Robinson. Together, the day's events celebrated courage, perseverance, and the power of standing up for others, leaving participants inspired to create positive change in their own communities.
