In-Person Group Tours
In-person tours are available for groups of 15 or more people. To start the booking process, please complete the Group Tour Request Form or call (513) 487-3055. This form must be submitted in advance of your requested tour date. All tours are scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Tours are paid for when you arrive by cash, credit, or check. If you prefer to pay afterward, an invoice will be sent to you and must be fulfilled within 15 days.

What happens after I submit the request form?
Each submitted request will receive an email confirmation of your tour. A member of our Guest Experiences Team will contact you within 2-3 business days to arrange the details. Once the tour is set, you will receive a reminder of your scheduled tour one week prior to your visit. After your visit, our staff will follow up to hear about your experience.
