Holocaust Speaker Series: Arnold Newfield

October 12 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Holocaust Speaker Series, held each Wednesday at 11:00 am, features Holocaust survivors and descendants of survivors sharing stories of life before, during, and after the Holocaust. Join us on Wednesday, October 12 at 11:00 am via Zoom with Arnold Newfield.

Arnold’s family fled Vienna in 1938. He was born in Westerbork, a transit camp in the Netherlands, a couple years later. The family was then separated, and his father sent to Buchenwald. Meanwhile, Arnold along with his mother and two older brothers were sent to Ravensbruck, and then to Bergen Belsen where they were liberated.
