Museum Mindfulness Yoga

Join us for Museum Mindfulness, a yoga and creative experience in the iconic Rotunda at Union Terminal designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and engage their character strengths. The evening includes a grounding yoga session, light refreshments, a guided future-self visualization, reflective journaling, and a keepsake journal. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a simple creative crafting activity that reinforces their intentions.

Upstander Awards Gala

Join us in celebrating the legacy of Cincinnati’s Holocaust survivors at our signature gala, where we honor local heroes whose strength, courage, and compassion continue to shape their roles as upstanders today. This meaningful evening will bring our community together to reflect, remember, and connect through shared stories and experiences. Guests will leave inspired to carry forward these powerful legacies in their own lives and communities.

Upstander Night At the Reds

Join us for Upstander Night at the Reds, for a fun night of baseball and community, as the Cincinnati Reds will take on the New York Mets at Great American Ball Park. Come together with fellow upstanders to be inspired to make your mark in our community. Use your character strengths and help turn the lessons of history into action. Through connection and shared experiences, we'll celebrate what it means to be an upstander.

Upstander 5K & family day

JUNE 28, 2026 8:30am

Join us for the Upstander 5K & Family Day, where runners and walkers will take part in a scenic route through the West End and Price Hill. The day continues with family-friendly activities, live music, a pickleball tournament, and interactive programs in partnership with local organizations. Participants will also engage with a special panel on women’s running and Cincinnati’s legacy of women upstanders, leaving inspired by stories of strength, perseverance, and impact.
