The Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center is proud to bring Elisha Wiesel, the son of Holocaust survivor and Nobel laureate Elie Wiesel, to speak at the 2023 Annual Meeting at Union Terminal.
The event will be hosted at 7 p.m. on October 24, 2023, at historic Union Terminal’s Reakirt Auditorium.
Elisha spent 25 years at Goldman Sachs and is now a founding partner and Chief Risk Officer of ClearAlpha technologies. Among various volunteer and philanthropic efforts, Elisha is rebooting the Elie Wiesel Foundation in honor of his father.
Elisha will share his father’s remarkable story and speak on the importance of intergenerational activism and keeping the stories of the Holocaust alive, as well as his own upstander efforts.
The Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center’s 2023 Annual Meeting is centered around theme One Act, Infinite Impact, a nod to the year of growth and ensuring history inspires transformative community impact that the organization has experienced.
Along with Elisha Wiesel’s presentation, the Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center will be presenting the Lilly & Mark Kurtz Educator Award, which is dedicated to teachers who are committed to Holocaust education, ensuring the lessons of the Holocaust inspire action today.
